When applying for a mortgage or protection, we want to provide the best possible service. For us to do this, we will ask you for information in our first contact with you and complete a fact find.
The types of information we collect in the fact find to use when we are providing a service to you are:
- Data that identifies you as a person such as your name kept with your address, date of birth and contact numbers.
- Financial information such as bank statements, bank account details, income details including payslips, and details of your credit history.
- Technical data including your navigation of our website, your IP address or log-in details when using our portal to exchange important documents for your mortgage or protection application.
